Hello!
On behalf of the entire Armagh Creamery farmily, I want to express our sincere gratitude for trusting us to be your local food provider.
We’re the McDowells, and we’re passionate about organic farming as a means to preserve the land, the animals and the quality of food we produce. We have a love of the farming lifestyle and a passion to cultivate nourishing, real-food products we are proud to feed our own family. We know you’re going to love it!
Consider this handbook a "user manual" to familiarize yourself with the inner workings of our Creamery Club. If you have any questions after reading, don’t hesitate to reach out any time!

Weekly Ordering
- Order Window: Add extras to your order by the weekly cutoff: 48 hours before your pickup!
Weekly Cutoff: We’ll text you every week for opportunities to add on extras up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup!
- Pickup Reminder: We’ll send you a text and email reminder every week when your order is ready for pickup.

Pickup
Choose from one of our 20+ convenient pickup locations throughout the greater Dublin, TX region. We’ll text you when your order is ready for pickup, along with the address details and pickup site instructions.

Need to Change your Pickup Schedule?
Members can pick up weekly, biweekly, or every 4 weeks. To update your pickup cadence, just text Farmhand: 707-595-9859. Pickup changes must be made before Monday at 5pm.

Can't make pickup?
No problem! We’ll text you before your pickup day. Just reply “skip” by Monday at 5pm to opt out of the week’s order at no charge*!
