A Dairy Heritage 100 Years in the Making
Armagh [ar-MAH] Creamery is named in honor of the McDowell family’s roots in County Armagh, Northern Ireland.
Our dairy heritage spans nearly a century, beginning with our great-great-grandparents, who immigrated to the United States in search of a new life. With just a few Jersey cows and each other, they purchased a farm in Petaluma, California, laying the foundation for generations to come.
In 2010, we moved to Dublin, Texas, where we continue the dairy farming tradition while building a legacy of our own.
Leaving a legacy of real, authentic food
For five generations, the McDowell family has been dedicated to dairy farming, preserving the land, caring for animals, and producing the highest-quality organic food.
Today, three generations continue this legacy at our Texas farmstead, where we craft organic double cream yogurt and Brie-style cheese in small batches using only the purest ingredients. We believe in the best of the old ways—pasture-raised cows, real, organic, simple ingredients, and time-honored traditions—all right here in Dublin, Texas.

Farm-Fresh & Handcrafted Dairy Products
We milk our cows on-site for the freshest, most nutrient-dense milk possible. From there, we bottle it raw or use the milk and cream to handcraft our cultured dairy in small batches using traditional European methods and only real, simple ingredients.

You can find our dairy at Texas farmers markets, retail stores, and through our Creamery Club raw milk delivery service. Whether you join our subscription or shop in stores, our goal is the same: to bring real, nourishing dairy from our farm to your table.
