Good Milk Starts with Great Cows
Our heritage breed cows are pasture-raised, well-loved, and naturally healthy—because when cows thrive, the raw milk tastes as good as it feels.

Taste the Farmstead Difference
Everything we do is done right here on the farm

We milk our cows on-site, ensuring the freshest milk possible.

We craft our yogurt and Brie-style cheese and bottle our milk in our on-farm creamery, using traditional methods without shortcuts or additives.

We steward every step, from pasture to packing, so you get real, honest dairy—just the way it should be.
Our Cow Care Philosophy
We believe better milk starts with better stewardship:
- Heritage Breeds: Strong genetics, rich milk, hardy constitution.
- Pasture-Raised: Daily grazing on diverse, native grasses.
- Organic, Non-GMO Feed: Dry forage and organic supplements when needed—no conventional grains, corn or soy.
- Hormone-free: Never treated with artificial hormones.
- Humane Animal Husbandry: Low-stress handling, no unnecessary interventions.
- Regenerative Farming: Building soil health, restoring ecosystems, and leaving the land better for the next generation.

We've got udderly good answers to all of your FAQs.
The cows at Armagh Creamery live outdoors on pasture year round, enjoying a daily fresh serving of grass during the growing season and stored grass during the winter or dry seasons.
We grow our own hay and preserve it on the farm as dry hay and fermented haylage. All of our feed is 100% organic and non-GMO. When it comes to dairy products, you are what they eat! The grasses and feed the cows eat directly contribute to the quality and flavor of our products.
Want to see for yourself? We host schools and organizations throughout the year, showing what regenerative agriculture and happy cows really look like. We also host Farm Days throughout the year, a family-friendly farm experience. Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter so you know when the next one is.
We have a wonderful veterinarian who helps us to figure out the best natural remedy if a cow becomes ill. Antibiotics are rarely needed on the farm, but the health of our cows is important to us and we won’t allow them to suffer.
If other natural treatments haven’t worked and a milk cow must be treated with antibiotics, she is culled from the herd. We never allow a sick or treated cow’s milk to go in the tank.
We milk jerseys, jersey/Holstein crosses and Holsteins. Our cows are certified organic meaning they have never been treated with antibiotics or hormones.
We breed for A2 genetics, so a high percentage of our herd carries the A2 trait. However, we do not perform invasive A2/A2 testing, as we prioritize humane treatment and will not cull healthy animals based solely on their genetics. Instead, we focus on humane husbandry, organic/non-GMO feed, regenerative farming practices, and strict milk quality standards with regular lab testing.
While A2/A2 milk has been heavily marketed for easier digestion—especially in pasteurized milk—the live enzymes and natural fat molecules in raw milk make it the most digestible and bioavailable form of dairy. These natural qualities help your body better absorb the vitamins and minerals in fresh, raw milk.
The farmstead difference is stewardship of the whole process. Everything we do here at Armagh Creamery is done with integrity, freshness and quality in mind. That means that our yogurt and cheese is created from start to finish right here on our family farm in Dublin, Texas.
Farmstead fresh is stewardship of the whole process, from milking our cows on site, to making our yogurt and cheese in our on farm creamery.
